I cant even use the app because the screen stays white.

Great idea but doesnt work well. I cant even log in

Personally I love this webpage and I was very happy when I found the app. But I cant login on the app. It freezes and crashes. Most of the time I just use it for windowshopping to find what I want and then I go to the webpage. I hope they get this app fixed soon

The website is great but the app isnt. Ok to browse but cant log in to place orders or see current order status.

Same as everyone else, I love this site, my favorite and only place to purchase my nipple piercing jewelry but the app needs fixing like yesterday! Doesnt allow you to sign on, stays on a blank page no matter how many times you try to login...very frustrating!

While I love the website the app is not very efficient the whole point of having the app is for easier access but Im unable to login and the pages dont always load. It also freezes a lot.

I open the app and all it is is a white screen.

First off when I tried to type in my credit card number and security code it changed the numbers so try werent right. Second off some of the things I clicked on were blank. Third I hate that it wont let you go back to where you were after you add something to your shopping cart. The whole reason I wanted to get the app was so I wouldnt have to go on a computer every time, but with this app I do. It needs some serious work!!

I love this website and the app is almost perfect, my only complaint is that you get redirected to the wish list when you add an item to it, and it isnt easy to get back to where you were before. If it would just add the item without redirecting it would make it so much easier.

the app would be better if I could just add to my wishlist, and not be redirected to it, losing my spot on the app.

The app needs a little work. When I click to add it to wish list it goes white, it redirects me to nothing.

Does not actually accept coupon codes or valid credit card numbers apparently, waste of time

App shuts off and then when you want to buy some thing and enter card info it says invalid card. Dont trust these guys

Website is amazing, the app can be a bit frustrating at times.

I forgot my user name and password so I try to make a new account and it wont Let me because I have an existing account. I click Forgot password, type my email, and it says user not found.
